1:1 guidance
Perhaps you’ve become an A student at being there for everyone else. Perhaps you’re so sickeningly good at it that you’ve become really good at abandoning yourself.
You know what other people need. You know how to keep the peace. You know how to be understanding, accommodating, supportive, empathetic. You know how to please everyone.
And in the process, you’ve lost track of how to please yourself.
Maybe you struggle to say no without feeling guilty.
Maybe you overthink how other people feel about you.
Maybe you’re regularly seeking reassurance from outside yourself.
Maybe you know your relationships aren’t working for you, but you don’t know how to change the pattern.
Maybe it’s simply an overarching feeling that there has to be more to life than this.

I’ve lived in those shoes. I know what it’s like.
It can be a lonely and complex journey, with no instruction manual to tell you which direction to take.
That’s where I come in.
You can expect a logical and emotional, firm but fair approach. As a Psychology student, I’m interested in understanding why we do the things we do — combining the science with the woo-woo, backed by my coaching qualification.
But my greatest teachings have come from living it myself.
So what’s 1:1 guidance then?
1:1 guidance is a space to understand yourself with more depth – and use that to start doing things differently.
We’ll look at the pain points that keep showing up in your life and get curious about where they come from.
Not so that you can pick yourself apart.
So that you can understand yourself well enough to make different choices.
Because self-awareness is useful. But self-awareness without action can only take you so far.
The work is in taking what you learn about yourself and actually applying it into your relationships, your boundaries, your decisions and your everyday life.
What things might we work on?

Self
Getting curious about your needs, beliefs, behaviours and the parts of yourself you’ve learned to ignore.

Relationships
Looking at boundaries, people-pleasing, communication, attachment and the dynamics that keep showing up in your relationships.

Emotions
Learning to recognise your emotions, understand what they’re telling you and respond to them without letting them run the show.

Patterns
Getting curious about the thoughts, behaviours and relationship patterns that repeat — and figuring out what you want to do differently.

Direction
Making decisions from a place of self-trust, rather than fear, guilt, expectation or what you think you should be doing.
Think this might be for you?
Before you decide whether 1:1 guidance is right for you, we’ll have an insight session – a relaxed 30–45 minute conversation to talk about what’s going on, what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good fit.
What does working together actually look like?
We won’t just talk about what’s going on. We’ll get curious about it..
We’ll work together to get underneath the thing that’s brought you to coaching, identify the patterns keeping it in place, and explore the beliefs, behaviours and perspectives sitting underneath them.
I’ll use questions to help you think rather than simply telling you what I think. We’ll challenge the stories you’re telling yourself, look at things from different angles and introduce frameworks, tools and coping mechanisms where they’re needed.
And then we’ll actually do something with it.
Between sessions, I’ll give you things to work with – journal prompts, reflection exercises, mirror work, visualisations, observation exercises and practical experiments — because understanding yourself is one thing. Learning to respond differently is where the real work happens.
You might work towards:
꩜ saying no without automatically feeling responsible for everyone else’s feelings
꩜ noticing when you’re slipping into old patterns and catching yourself sooner
꩜ listening to what you actually feel before deciding what you should do
꩜ taking ownership of your choices without turning that into self-blame
꩜ building enough trust in yourself to make decisions without always looking outside yourself for reassurance
꩜ approaching challenges with curiosity rather than immediately avoiding them
