Why is it so hard to be kind to ourselves, when we need it most?

A workshop for women/female identifying women who struggle to be kind to themselves, feel held back by self doubt or low confidence, have big dreams and powerful ideas but find it hard to take action.

One thing I know to be true from navigating my own journey is this: having human connection and safe spaces where people truly get you is powerful. It not only boosts our confidence, it also create a deep sense of safety and support when we begin opening up our internal can of worms.

YES, it can feel scary – the thought of entering a new space and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. On the other side of that fear lies expansion beyond belief.

The Space

Foundations in Self Love
Hosted bi-monthly
10:00am – 3:00pm
With Tyla HQ , Wellington House

I’ve poured my heart into creating a space that feels both cozy and safe – a place where you can be yourself. The sofa is where the 1:1 magic happens and the rug is where workshops come alive with shared stories, laughter, and breakthroughs.

To foster genuine connection and meaningful growth, workshop sizes are intentionally kept small: just 8–10 people, so everyone has the space to be seen, heard, and supported. Every corner of this space has been designed with both you and me in mind. It’s my sanctuary – and yours too, a place to slow down, feel at home, and explore your journey with ease and comfort.

What is the Self Love Blueprint?

A 5-step pillared framework to build lasting self-love from the inside out.

Awareness
Authenticity
Ownership
Boundaries
Integration

By keying into your awareness, you will learn to observe your patterns of behaviour, understand the story you’re currently telling yourself, and begin to see yourself with greater clarity.

Through self-inquiry work, your values will become concrete. You will bring light to your preferences, desires, and non-negotiables, learning how to tune out external noise and turn up the volume on your own authentic voice.

The next stage calls in your emotions – taking ownership of them, getting to know the inner child who influences them, and understanding how you respond to life.

As you deepen your understanding of your inner world, it’s time to learn about how you engage with the external world. We will learn about and define our boundaries, explore how we relate to others, and identify any changes we wish to make.

Finally, we focus on integration: how to bring self-love beyond this workshop and embed it into habit, ritual, and interaction in daily life.

What you’ll leave this workshop with:

How do you treat yourself when no-one is watching?
